In my personal experiences, When embarking the cruise, people are not really nice and friendly, they never put themselves into the customer’s shoes.
When embarking the Cruises, they did not provide the direction for disembarking the cruise for balcony room and interior room.
However, the disembarking the cruise, the staff are helpful and nice, friendly.
